Hello, my name is Maggie Moo (Maggie for short). I am a six-month-old, very sweet and loving short-haired terrier mix who loves to be petted and played with. I am a very happy dog who has lived in a loving home since being adopted at 11 weeks as a rescue dog. My family's circumstances have recently changed and, sadly, they need to give me up. I need a new home, with lots of love and attention.

I am very smart and mischievous and very high-energy. I really do better with lots of exercise. I love being outside and taking long walks; a fenced yard is a real plus so I can run around unleashed. I love playing with other dogs and I would go great in a house with a dog playmate. I also love meeting new people.

While I am supper friendly, my high-energy style may not be a great fit with small kids as I like physical play. However, I would be a great dog for a family with older kids -- say 10 or older. As a puppy, I love to chew anything and everything I can get hold of, but I do not have any other behavioral issues. I am crate-trained and housebroken. I have all of my vaccinations and I have been spayed and micro-chipped. I am also a graduate of obedience training.
