**Please Note: We are only able to adopt within 30-40 miles of the Baltimore, MD area.**
Waldo lived his early life as a puppy being confined to a crate and ignored by his owners. When he first came into rescue, his leg muscles were so weak, he couldn't run and play the way a young dog should. As a result of his early neglect, he has some trust issues with people. Once he learns to trust you, he'll love you forever. Waldo loves other dogs and would like to have a home with a dog companion. If he can't have a dog friend, he would like an active family who will spend lots of time playing with him. Once he's tired out from his playtime, he would like nothing better than being a couch potato. Waldo requires a fenced yard.
