Dakota is a year old, Shiba Inu mix with a curious and playful disposition.  He needs to be in a home without young children or small pets.  He requires a yard with a fence he can’t jump and/or regular exercise.  He is perfect for an active family. He must be kept on leash at all times or he will run away (which is how he came to be rescued in the first place). Dakota is the perfect size (not too big and not too small) and will be an outstanding companion for the right family.  This ancient Japanese breed is known for its intelligence, cleanliness, and independent nature.
