Kaiser was abandoned by his owner. He is great with children and non-aggressive dogs. He loves car rides and walks well on a leash. Kaiser is a very friendly, outgoing dog who loves to meet new people. When he plays, he likes to prance around and act silly, but he also likes to come up to you and put his head on you. He has a great personality.
