What’s black, white, and brown all over? It’s me, Jerry, the fabulous beagle/hound mix. Even though I have been a rescue dog since the day I was born, I have not given up hope of finding a loving family to adore me as much as I will adore them.

I am a young guy who is housebroken and obedient with need of gentle reminders from time to time about house rules (but I’m a fast learner and I always want to please). I am good with cats and I LOVE other dogs. In fact, I am at my best when there is another dog in the household. My confidence with children is greatest when I am with another dog and, in general, I am more comfortable with older children. I like to play, ride in cars, and go for walks but I am also am very happy to cuddle with you. I am a natural-born jumper and climber so I will need to have a fenced yard with a 5-foot privacy fence.

Please, please come to visit me. I know you are the one I dream about, the one who will want to take me home.
