**Please Note:  We are only able to adopt within 30-40 miles of Baltimore, MD.**

Teddy and his siblings were born outside to a feral mom. He came into rescue when he was only 3 weeks old and has been held, petted and loved ever since. This has made him very affectionate with people. He would love to be adopted with his brother or sister, or into a home that already has another cat.
