**Please Note: We are only able to adopt within 30-40 miles of Baltimore, MD.**

Phoebe is a terrier mix dog who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. She's very sweet and loves to sit on or next to her foster mom and dad. She has always lived with other dogs and will require a home with another dog companion. She loves to run around the yard and play chase with her foster brother (check out her video).

Phoebe will require a fenced yard.
