**We are only able to adopt in the state of Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.**

Penny was rescued from a shelter after her mother died. Her foster mom had to bottle feed her until she was old enough to eat on her own. Penny is very sweet and lovable as well as very smart. We don't know much about her breed, but we think she is a shepherd mix.

Penny will require a fenced yard.
