Say hello to Chance! Chance is a baby hound mix male who was thrown away by his previous owner. We believe someone tried to kill him by choking him because of his eyes. He was also starved and kept in a crate all of the time, living in his own waste. His old owners were also thoughtful enough to get him a harness so he would be safe. And then they NEVER ADJUSTED IT ONCE HE GREW. He has marks on his legs and neck from where the harness was hurting him. Chance is now relaxing and living the good life while he is waiting for his forever family. He is loving and sweet and really deserves a second chance at a wonderful life.
