**Please Note: We can only adopt in the state of Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.**

Edgar is a very sweet and loving dog. He's a bit shy, but we think that is because his early life was not very happy. When he arrived in rescue, he was very emaciated. He's been regaining his strength and is now looking for his forever home. Edgar will require a fenced yard.
