Paulie is Kimmi's brother and came from neglectful circumstances. He has not been socialized and is very shy of people. You can see that he wants to make friends, but he's still afraid to. He's looking for a home where his family will be patient and loving while he learns to love and trust them. Paulie requires a fenced yard.
