Dugan is sweet and affection and loves to be on your lap or in your arms. Noise and activity make Dugan nervous so we're looking for a quiet home for him where he can relax. He gains confidence from being around other dogs, so we are looking for a home for him where there is another dog. Dugan's also fearful of being outside on a leash where there are lots of noises so he will require a fenced yard.
