Mandy was thrown from a car when her owners no longer wanted her. Fortunately for Mandy, a good samaritan who witnessed the event picked her up and brought her to a shelter. When we heard her story, we knew we could find a family that is worthy of this little girl. Mandy is sweet, happy and outgoing. She will fill some lucky family's home with love and laughter. Mandy requires a fenced yard.
