UPDATE: Now that Denali has had a chance to put on weight, she has become a little more active and seems younger than we originally thought. Her new pictures show how beautiful and healthy she is compared to when she first came into rescue. She will make someone a wonderful, affectionate pet.

Denali came to us from a shelter where she was about to be euthanized. She was dehydrated and had stopped eating and so became very skinny. Her appetite is back and she is slowly gaining weight. Her coat was severely matted and had to be shaved. Her fur is growing back into a beautiful long white coat. Denali is very affectionate and loves to sit on your lap and purr. She is taking medication for a fast heart beat and may have to take it for the rest of her life, but she is very good about taking it.
